At Pontiac SUN, we know health and wellness are essential to enjoying life. We have many different ways to get healthy and stay healthy!

We have many members who teach cooking classes, which give us healthy alternatives to processed meals. We have also had a walking group and biking group. We have a member who performs massages and teaches classes about stress  and relaxation.
